3-Axle
A 2-axle 4x4 off-road truck (N3G) can be converted into a 3-axle configuration by adding a non-steering or electro-hydraulically steered additional axle behind the drive axle.

4-Axle
A 3-axle 6x4/6x2 truck can be converted into a 4-axle one by adding a mechanically or electro-hydraulically steered additional axle as a 2nd front axle, in front of or behind the drive axle.

5-Axle
Leaf- or air-suspended 5-axle set for heavy transport. 17.5"–22.5" wheels. Permitted axle weight 5.4–13 tonnes. Hydraulic or electro-hydraulic steering.

6-Axle
Leaf- or air-suspended 6-axle set for extra-heavy transport. 17.5"–22.5" wheels. Permitted axle weight 5.4–13 tonnes. Hydraulic or electro-hydraulic steering.

Heavy Tractors
We install towing equipment for heavy haulage: fuel and hydraulic tanks, and hydraulically raising and shifting fifth wheels with a maximum capacity of 50,000 kg.

Crane Installations
We install subframe and platform structures for Palfinger crane installations from 2 tm to 150 tm. Platform structures suitable for boat, container and swap body transport.

Swap Bodies
We install swap body systems on trucks to customer requirements, enabling fast and flexible load changes.

Frame Reinforcements
We reinforce Volvo and Scania frame structures for crane installations over 40 tonnes. U-reinforcements for front outriggers (20 t/leg with two, or 30 t with one), L-reinforcements fitted at the rear.

Axle Unloaders
Axle unloaders improve truck agility and traction by transferring weight to the driven axles of the rear bogie. Available for Volvo, Renault, Scania and Iveco.

Wheelbase & Bogie Spacing Modifications
We carry out wheelbase and bogie spacing modifications on Volvo, Scania, Iveco and Renault trucks, both used and new. Both shortening and lengthening of the wheelbase are possible. Bogie spacing modifications are generally only lengthening.

Axle Weight Measurement
Axle weight measurement systems enable real-time load monitoring and help ensure compliance with statutory axle load limits.
