The V-600X is a direct-drive unit powered by the vehicle's own engine. A dedicated Thermo King QP16 refrigeration compressor is belt-mounted to the engine. The V-600X is available with front-wall, roof or flush mounting and in 1- and 2-temperature configurations.

The VX-Series is Thermo King's new direct-drive platform — up to 50 % lighter, increasing maximum payload, with aerodynamic styling that reduces fuel use. Precise ± 1 °C temperature control and the DSR controller put the driver in full command of single- or multi-temperature configurations from vans to medium-heavy trucks.

Low-GWP refrigerant — R-452A available

VX-Series units are available with R-134a or R-452A refrigerant. R-452A significantly lowers global-warming impact versus R-404A without sacrificing performance or reliability. Meet emission reductions and fleet regulations with a single unit generation.

DSR controller — full driver control

Direct Smart Reefer (DSR) is an intuitive microprocessor controller that gives drivers complete control over refrigeration settings — set-point lock, door switches, automatic diesel/electric switching and detailed alarm codes. Wintrac-compatible analysis software simplifies service and diagnostics.
