Chassis GVW
The HT 30 is PALFINGER's most powerful telescopic hookloader, designed for the most demanding container-handling tasks on 32+ t trucks. Its sliding system and optional articulation accommodate container lengths up to 9 m, ensuring smooth handling and precise positioning throughout loading, unloading and tipping. Engineered for safety and adaptability, it supports a wide range of configurations and delivers consistent productivity in demanding applications. The articulated 'A' version reduces the loading angle, lowers the risk of spillage and optimises positioning of both short and long containers on the truck.
Most powerful in the range — containers up to 9 m
With a 30-tonne lifting capacity and the ability to handle containers up to 9 m, the HT 30 is the most powerful model in PALFINGER's telescopic hookloader range. Built for the most demanding tasks on 32+ t trucks where high capacity and reliable handling of long containers are essential.
Articulated movement (A version)
The articulated arm of the 'A' version reduces the loading angle and the risk of spillage. It also optimises positioning of both short and long containers on the truck, ensuring good weight distribution and load stability — even with 9 m containers.
V Drive versatility
At the cutting edge of controller technology, the V Drive offers intuitive day-to-day operations. The screen's versatility lets you manage all options, connected systems and accessories from a single controller. Five screen modes adapt to the handling phase, application and driver habits.

The stated outreaches are measured at a 20° boom angle and are therefore not maximal. When mechanical extension booms are used, the loads in the load charts must be reduced by the weight of the extension booms.
Standard Features & Technology
Connected
All key information — device overviews, service status, technical documents and more — available digitally at any moment. Manage and understand your PALFINGER solutions from anywhere.
Soft Stop
Soft stop ensures the container is smoothly set onto the truck deck after loading or tipping, preventing hard impacts and reducing noise exposure for operators and the surroundings.
Truck CAN connection
A CANBUS connection between the truck and hookloader streamlines wiring to just two wires — safer and more efficient setup with fewer relays and junctions, plus quicker configuration through PALDIAG.
V Drive control
The cab controller's versatile display always gives the operator clear information about functions and system status. Tailor-made ergonomic design with five adaptable screens makes daily operation intuitive.
SDS 180 hydraulics
The SDS 180 distributor enables fast, smooth operation with high oil flow. The intelligent CANbus system delivers power only when needed — saving energy and reducing operating costs.
