Efficient daily distribution
The C 500 VAN is built for daily van distribution work. Standard 1 400 × 1 600 mm AluLite 30 platform and 900 mm roll-stop.
Fits all common van models
Vehicle-specific mounting kits guarantee a perfect fit and quick installation — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, VW Crafter, MAN TGE, Iveco Daily, Renault Master, Ford Transit and other popular models.
Light construction preserves payload
A 151 kg dead weight leaves maximum payload for the vehicle.

Robust lifting mechanism
One lifting and one tilting cylinder combined with KTL-coated steel components ensure stable, precise movements and long-lasting corrosion protection.
Light aluminium tail lift platform
The AluLite 30 aluminium platform combines stability with low weight. Cross-milled slip-resistant surface (R10), roll-stop, warning flags and license plate holder come as standard.
Radio control
Bluetooth 5.0 Remote Control with USB-C charging.
MBB CONTROL control system
Modern programmable circuit board with diagnostic capability. The board is protected by double encapsulation to prevent oxidation.

Detachable tow ball
TÜV-approved tow bar is bolted directly to the lift frame.
Tail lift platform anti-slip
Cross-milled surface as standard.
Protective equipment
Protective bars for warning lights and foot switches shield sensitive components during daily use.
Warning lights
Reinforced warning lights enhance visibility in the loading area; available with optional protective brackets.
Slimline controls
Fixed controls for sill mounting or surface mounting on the body side. Only a single cable feed-through required.
QuickDown and software adjustments
QuickDown speeds up unloaded platform descent, and individual software adjustments tailor operation to the use profile.
